Cybersquatting and Bad Faith

Interesting recent decision from Judge Rakoff denying a cybersquatting defendant's motion to dismiss a Plaintiff law firm's ACPA complaint.

Useful to businesses who seek to plead bad faith as required for an anti-cybersquatting domain name cause of action under the ACPA.
